Mag Selwa enhanced incident management and status reporting workflows for the vscentrum/status-page repository by developing and maintaining a YAML-based configuration system to standardize incident templates and automate reporting for Tier-2 Leuven and storage incidents. Using Python and YAML, Mag improved data integrity by correcting incident times and ensuring proper closure, which reduced manual rework and improved stakeholder communication. Additionally, Mag addressed a documentation issue in the hpcleuven/VscDocumentation repository by updating the conf.py file in HTML and Python to direct users to the correct NX Enterprise Client download page, streamlining the user experience and minimizing support requests for enterprise users.
