Worked on enabling Lingua Franca runtime support for the FlexPRET platform within the lf-lang/reactor-uc repository, focusing on foundational integration for embedded systems. Developed platform-specific scaffolding and configured CI/CD workflows using YAML and CMake to automate build and validation processes. Leveraged cross-compilation techniques and Bash scripting to ensure the runtime could be reliably built and executed on FlexPRET hardware. Delivered a comprehensive example demonstrating end-to-end Lingua Franca execution, providing a reference point for future hardware integrations. This work established a robust baseline for ongoing optimization and broader platform support, emphasizing maintainability and extensibility in embedded real-time operating system environments.
