During this period, contributed to the bio-tools/biohackathon2024 repository by establishing a manuscript framework, creating assets such as paper.md, paper.bib, and a Jupyter notebook, and iteratively refining the main paper document. Leveraged Python scripting and XSLT transformation to manage bibliography entries and ensure up-to-date references using BibTeX. Enhanced documentation quality and metadata to improve repository maintainability and reproducibility for contributors. Additionally, addressed a documentation issue in the EVERSE-ResearchSoftware/RSQKit repository by correcting an external Biotools URL, ensuring accurate reference management. The work focused on accelerating research deliverables and improving usability for both contributors and reviewers across projects.
