Worked on the SAGE-3/next repository to deliver a targeted migration of the SmartBit app_id data model from UUID4 to string, updating authentication token handling and enhancing logging within the send_updates function. Improved repository hygiene by refining .gitignore entries in both main and webstack, preventing environment and lock files from being tracked and supporting cleaner deployments. Stabilized the codebase by reverting previous SmartBit-related changes, including token management and type annotations, to restore a reliable baseline. Utilized Python, JavaScript, and Git, demonstrating backend development, configuration management, and disciplined version control practices to enhance reliability, security, and maintainability throughout the project.
