Over a two-month period, Kruemel contributed to the eugenp/tutorials repository by building two core features focused on data persistence and content rendering. Kruemel implemented robust storage and retrieval of Java date and time types in PostgreSQL, introducing a dedicated entity and repository with comprehensive integration tests using JPA and the Java Date and Time API. Later, Kruemel developed an article rendering system leveraging JTE templating and Spring Boot, creating reusable components for HTML generation and validating output with unit and end-to-end tests.
