During March 2025, Malmi focused on enhancing the wso2/docs-bijira repository by developing standardized issue and pull request templates. Leveraging Markdown and documentation best practices, Malmi designed these templates to guide contributors in submitting clear bug reports and feature requests, as well as to ensure consistent documentation, testing, and security checks for pull requests. This process improvement initiative aimed to streamline contributor onboarding and accelerate triage and review workflows. While no bugs were fixed during this period, the work established a foundation for scalable governance and collaboration, reflecting a thoughtful approach to documentation and workflow optimization within the project.
