Developed a per-user JSON configuration system for GitHub Pages within the is-a-dev/register repository, enabling automated host setup with dedicated usernames and CNAME records. The work focused on refining the data model by renaming the configuration field from 'record' to 'records' to accurately represent the underlying structure, improving maintainability and scalability for future users. Leveraged Git for version control and configuration management practices to ensure reliable deployment and onboarding automation. The implementation, delivered through targeted commits, emphasized data modeling and JSON proficiency, resulting in a more robust and automation-ready approach to managing user-specific hosting configurations without introducing major bugs.
