Developed installation flows and updated meta.yaml files using Rust, bash, and yaml, ensuring compatibility with downstream analysis pipelines and reproducible builds. The approach emphasized package management best practices, enabling high-performance genomic interval analysis within user environments. Provided clear traceability by linking commits and release notes, supporting collaborative development and smoother CI validation. The work addressed the need for reliable, automated deployment of bioinformatics tools, enhancing workflow efficiency without introducing new bugs during the integration period.
