During February 2025, Glo24116 enhanced the magento/magento2-page-builder repository by developing an automated MFTF test targeting the Storefront Magento Payments Smart Buttons checkout process. Focusing on the edge case where a product’s total is zero, Glo24116 implemented end-to-end validation to ensure correct button behavior and checkout flow in this scenario. The work leveraged PHP and Magento’s testing framework to expand automated coverage, directly addressing a critical path in the checkout experience. Although no bugs were fixed during this period, the contribution improved release confidence by reducing risk and enabling safer deployments through comprehensive scenario-based test coverage.
