Enhanced backend Java services to stabilize renewal packet processing, introduced configurable payment status codes, and enriched data models with new attributes for analytics. Refactored update flows and strengthened validation logic, while also addressing UI layout issues in demographic screens. Leveraged skills in backend development, code refactoring, and configuration management to reduce renewal errors, improve data integrity, and streamline customer communications, resulting in more robust and maintainable registration and renewal workflows.
