During December 2025, contributed to the facebook/folly repository by enhancing the prettyPrint utility to support formatting of bit values with standard metric prefixes, such as kb, Mb, and Gb. This feature enables accurate representation of network bandwidth measurements, addressing the needs of network-centric applications that previously could only display byte values. The work involved C++ development, software design, and unit testing to ensure robust handling of both bytes and bits in monitoring and diagnostics scenarios. All changes were thoroughly reviewed and documented, resulting in a more versatile prettyPrint function that improves the clarity and utility of network-related logging outputs.
