In June 2025, Manoj Maddali developed a scalable data-generation feature for the HealthRex/CDSS repository, focusing on Moonshot’s critical care and ACP billing analytics. He designed and implemented a BigQuery SQL script that uses common table expressions to extract and join data from treatment teams, clinical notes, and CPT codes, enabling identification of 'code blue' and 'ACP' notes with associated billing information. Leveraging his skills in BigQuery, SQL, and data engineering, Manoj established a robust pathway for generating billing datasets. This work laid the foundation for automated billing analytics, supporting faster and more accurate insights for downstream healthcare analytics.
