Developed interactive data visualization features for the HighestGoodNetworkApp and HGNRest repositories, focusing on applicant experience analytics. Built the ExperienceDonutChart component using React, Chart.js, and JavaScript, enabling users to filter applicant data by date range and role, with automatic data fetching and responsive updates on filter changes. Enhanced user experience by implementing loading and error handling, as well as tooltips and data labels for clarity. On the backend, designed a dedicated analytics dashboard with Express.js, MongoDB, and Mongoose, introducing new controllers and routes to process and deliver experience distribution insights, reducing manual reporting and improving data reliability.
