November 2024 Monthly Summary for YaleSites: Delivered cross-repo enhancements in content governance, data embedding, and search/presentation. Key features delivered across multiple repos include: 1) Content Administration enhancements: Last Updated By field visibility across pages, posts, events, and profiles, with Published status surfaced in content lists to improve editorial visibility and accountability. 2) Power BI embed URL support: extended embedding to accept both /view and /reportEmbed URLs for flexibility in embedding reports. 3) CAS content search enhancements and indexing: dynamic search page with a new CAS search index, updated views and documentation to conditionally show CAS titles. 4) Wrapped Text Callout block content type: added a new Wrapped Text Callout block with fields for callout text, main content, and styling, and updated layout to support the new block. 5) Quality and rendering improvements: differentiated CAS vs non-CAS search results in Atomic templates and wired a new wrapped callout component; fixed missing closing div tag in YDS Wrapped Callout rendering. Overall impact: improved editorial governance, more flexible data embedding, richer search/discovery, and consistent content presentation.
