This involved migrating relevant fields from the Devices entity to Registrations, deprecating legacy endpoints, and establishing a clear migration path for clients. Authored comprehensive documentation and release notes to guide developers and operators through the transition, including updated end-of-life dates for deprecated endpoints. Focused on API management and documentation best practices, the work was implemented using YAML to ensure clarity and maintainability. The approach reduced maintenance overhead and improved the alignment of the API with evolving data models.
