Worked on the tryretool/retool-helm repository to deliver configurable PostgreSQL connection pool sizes for workflow backends and workers, addressing database connection management and scalability challenges. Leveraged YAML for configuration and applied Helm to enable tunable pool sizes within Kubernetes deployments, allowing for improved throughput and resource utilization under concurrent workloads. The implementation focused on a config-driven approach, simplifying the process of adjusting database pool parameters and supporting easier scaling as requirements evolve. No major bugs were reported or fixed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery and release management. Demonstrated skills include Database Management, Helm, and Kubernetes.
