Worked on the ImpulsoGov/ImpulsoPrevine repository to deliver consolidated Care Monitoring Text Improvements for hypertension and diabetes modules. Focused on frontend development using TypeScript, the work involved refactoring user-facing text across care monitoring components to enhance clarity and consistency for clinicians and patients. Expanded the description of hypertension indicators to include weight and height evaluation as well as home visits, while streamlining diabetes care messaging by removing redundant phrases. Updated tooltips to display a 12-month period in accordance with specifications. The changes improved user comprehension and ensured alignment with clinical care pathways, supporting better adherence to monitoring protocols.
