Worked on the bioconda/bioconda-recipes repository to deliver packaging scaffolding and upgrades for the FROGS software, focusing on reliable deployment and maintainability. Established repeatable build processes and clean installation paths using Shell scripting and YAML for version 4.2.0, enabling automated builds and reducing setup time for end users. Later, upgraded the FROGS recipe to version 5.1.0, updated license terms for compliance, and enhanced script links to improve user accessibility. Emphasized repository hygiene and alignment with Bioconda standards, ensuring traceable releases and easier future maintenance. The work centered on DevOps, package management, and scripting best practices throughout both releases.
