In parallel, he refactored the SDK’s import script to introduce cells as a new data type, allowing seamless linking to samples, libraries, or preparations. His work, primarily using Python, scripting, and YAML, established a scalable foundation for future data-type extensibility and improved the flexibility and robustness of Genestack’s data import workflows.
