Worked on the graphql-hive/graphql-yoga repository to improve the stability and maintainability of the Apollo Sandbox integration. Focused on configuration cleanup by removing the deprecated includeCookies option from ApolloSandboxOptions and updating the rendering logic to rely on initialState.includeCookies, which aligns with the current rendering flow and reduces the API surface. This targeted bug fix enhanced code clarity and future-proofed the integration against deprecated settings. The work was implemented using TypeScript and leveraged strong front end development skills alongside a solid understanding of GraphQL. The contribution centered on codebase hygiene and stability rather than introducing new features or major architectural changes.
