Month 2024-12 — Shubhamsaboo/genkit: Delivered a Dev UI Feature Request Template to standardize intake for UI feature work, improving clarity, triage speed, and downstream delivery. The feature adds sections for overview, user goals, requirements with acceptance criteria, design mockups, and additional notes, enabling better collaboration among product, design, and engineering. Committed as: b61da1f9cf4c1617dd73957882756e785b5b066f ("Adding a new issue template for Dev UI feature (#1502)"). No major bugs fixed this month; the template reduces future rework by clarifying expectations upfront. Overall impact: increased consistency, faster prioritization, and better traceability from request to implementation.
