Worked on optimizing the continuous integration workflow for the spryker-shop/suite repository, focusing on consolidating CI tasks and streamlining Docker configurations to accelerate build and validation processes. Leveraged Bash scripting, YAML configuration, and PHP to reorganize test execution groups, reducing build fragmentation and enabling faster feedback for pull requests and releases. Documented all CI changes and collaborated closely with repository maintainers to clarify expectations and improve pipeline reliability. This work enhanced the efficiency of the public suite’s CI/CD pipeline, supporting quicker iteration cycles and lowering time-to-market risk for new features, while maintaining a strong emphasis on testing and maintainability.
