During the month, contributed to the kubernetes-sigs/headlamp repository by implementing a Plugin Manager Volume Mount Configuration, enabling configurable volume mounts for the plugin manager and enhancing storage flexibility within the application. This work focused on updating Helm charts and leveraging Kubernetes best practices to support volume mounts on the plugin helper sidecar, aligning deployment artifacts with the new configuration. Using YAML for configuration management, the changes reduced manual setup and prepared Headlamp for scalable, storage-driven plugin architectures. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on delivering this feature to improve plugin deployment reliability and future extensibility.
