During February 2025, Mateja focused on stabilizing the vultisig-windows extension by addressing a critical bug in Ethereum transaction retrieval. Working within the vultisig/vultisig-windows repository, Mateja corrected the ETH_GET_TRANSACTION_BY_HASH handling in the background script, ensuring accurate retrieval of transaction data by hash. This targeted fix, implemented in TypeScript and leveraging extension development skills, improved the reliability of blockchain data access for end users and reduced lookup errors. The work demonstrated careful debugging and a deep understanding of Ethereum JSON-RPC protocols, with no new features shipped as the priority was on enhancing core data accuracy and user experience.
