The approach involved upgrading the CI image base to OpenShift Container Platform 4.19 and updating the image builder format within the generate-dockerfiles.sh script. By leveraging skills in CI/CD, DevOps, and Shell Scripting, the work ensured that the continuous integration environment remained aligned with the latest Go toolchain. This update reduced build failures and improved reliability, supporting faster feature development and smoother maintenance by keeping the build infrastructure current with evolving language and platform requirements.
