Mathieu developed end-to-end DSP preset management for the music-assistant/server and music-assistant/frontend repositories, enabling users to create, save, update, and reuse audio profiles across multiple players. He implemented full CRUD operations for DSP presets on the backend using Python and TypeScript, introducing new API commands and configuration constants to streamline preset handling. On the frontend, Mathieu extended the EditPlayerDSP interface with Vue.js, adding UI controls and API integration for managing presets. This work reduced manual audio tuning, improved consistency of sound output, and established a scalable foundation for future audio features, demonstrating depth in API development and configuration management.
