Worked on the Shopify/shopify_app repository to address a security vulnerability related to Content Security Policy frame ancestor handling. Focused on backend development using Ruby and Rails, the work involved modifying the CSP implementation to pass frame_ancestors values as individual arguments rather than a single string. This change ensured compliance with updated security requirements and reduced the risk of framing attacks. Throughout the process, test compatibility and CI stability were maintained, demonstrating careful attention to integration and deployment practices. No new features were introduced during this period, with efforts concentrated on security hardening and maintaining robust backend infrastructure.
