Updated the magnus dependency to version 0.8.2 within the Cargo.toml.tt template, ensuring that newly generated Rust extension gems automatically use the latest library. This approach centralized future dependency updates, reducing maintenance overhead and improving compatibility for downstream projects. The work was implemented using Ruby and Rust, with all changes consolidated in a single, traceable commit.
