Developed targeted cron execution control for the openclaw/openclaw repository by introducing a new --session-key option to the Cron CLI’s add and edit commands. This feature enables operators to route and isolate cron jobs using a session key, supporting both setting and clearing of the key for enhanced flexibility. The work focused on backend integration and robust command parsing, leveraging TypeScript and Node.js to ensure stability and maintainability. By refining CLI development patterns and preparing the project for extended routing capabilities, the changes improved operational flexibility, streamlined debugging of scheduled tasks, and supported multi-tenant or microservice architectures without introducing new bugs.
