Used GitLab CI and YAML to remove unused pipeline stages, reducing maintenance overhead and clarifying pipeline responsibilities. Reactivated previously commented-out jobs to restore automated checks across Gradle, npm, image construction, and code quality analysis, ensuring consistent build and test reliability. Temporarily disabled certain security and quality checks, such as Trivy and SonarQube, to balance performance and risk management. These changes improved pipeline efficiency, accelerated feedback loops, and established a more maintainable and transparent CI/CD process for ongoing development.
