Worked on the magnopus-opensource/connected-spaces-platform repository to enhance documentation site reliability by introducing a crawl-optimization feature. Addressed unnecessary crawler load by adding a robots.txt file to the documentation build, which disallows bots from accessing non-existent API paths and reduces backend strain during automated scans. Applied DevOps practices to coordinate these changes within the documentation pipeline, ensuring minimal risk to production and maintaining alignment with team standards. Utilized Python and documentation tooling to implement the solution, focusing on technical hygiene and future scalability. The work improved traceability and contributed to a more robust and efficient documentation infrastructure for the project.
