Marius Austigard contributed to the CogitoNTNU/web-frontend repository by delivering targeted UI and scheduling improvements over a two-month period. He developed a new public image asset with a transparent background to support consistent branding and enhanced the Norwegian localization by correcting typography spacing on the apply page, improving readability for end users. Using JavaScript and TypeScript, Marius also addressed a critical scheduling bug by correcting a hardcoded due date, ensuring task deadlines aligned with user expectations. His work emphasized maintainable solutions, such as adopting conventional commit messages for better traceability, and demonstrated a focused approach to frontend and UI development.
