Mav Chung enhanced the analytics-uploader CI workflow for the trunk-io/flake-factory repository by introducing normalized debug logging, enabling detailed troubleshooting and improving incident response. Using YAML and GitHub Actions, Mav configured RUST_LOG=DEBUG within Rust-based components and tuned the dev3 environment to support granular log output. To further stabilize production, Mav migrated workflow references from debug branches to the main branch, ensuring that CI/CD processes run against reliable, production-grade code. This work reduced deployment risk, improved observability, and streamlined CI maintenance. The changes reflect a focused approach to workflow reliability and maintainability within a short project period.
