Maciej Mazgaj worked on the SAP/spartacus repository, focusing on improving end-to-end test reliability and maintainability. He standardized the login flow across Cypress tests by refactoring them to use the Spartacus login form and consolidating authentication steps into a single, reusable fillLoginForm process. Using TypeScript and JavaScript, he reverted unstable authentication changes to reduce test flakiness and updated the Argonauts e2e suite for compatibility with the JDK21 API. This work resulted in more consistent CI feedback and reduced maintenance overhead. Over the month, Maciej delivered one feature, demonstrating depth in test automation and front end development practices.
