June 2025: Implemented the initial GoIPP fuzzing infrastructure in google/oss-fuzz, laying the foundation for automated fuzz testing of GoIPP components. Built and configured the OSS-Fuzz environment for GoIPP and established fuzzing setup while ensuring harnesses are maintained externally in a separate repository to simplify ownership and maintenance. This work is captured in the commit 2489cd32450ef7c49805f2d5bf19abc8105aaf40 with the PR reference [goipp] Initial integration (#13391).

February 2025 monthly summary for two repositories (AdityaJ2305/care_fe and tqec/tqec).
