Contributed to the osmlab/name-suggestion-index repository by expanding the Brand Database to include a new construction_company category, adding Kimley-Horn and Flintco as representative brands. This work focused on data management and database design, utilizing JSON for structured data modeling and repository contribution. The changes were validated through the build process to ensure data integrity and enhance searchability, directly supporting more accurate brand discovery and auto-suggest features for construction industry entities in downstream applications. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on improving data completeness and enabling better lookup functionality across dependent systems and tools.
