Worked on stabilizing audio track handling within the AAMP DASH Multiview path, focusing on resolving a bug that affected seamless audio switching during DASH manifest updates. Addressed an issue in the rdkcentral/aamp repository where the correct audio track was not reliably pushed when a manifest update occurred, which previously led to mis-selection and playback inconsistencies. The solution involved refining the audio track push logic and validating the end-to-end update path to ensure robust handling in multi-view scenarios. Utilized C++ for implementation, applying expertise in audio streaming, DASH manifest processing, and media playback to enhance reliability and user experience during updates.
