Worked on the metasfresh/metasfresh repository to deliver a refactored CI/CD dispatch mechanism focused on automation and cross-repository orchestration. The approach centralized dispatch logic using GitHub Actions and YAML, enabling workflows to be triggered via the GitHub CLI across multiple repositories. This modular refactor reduced manual intervention in deployment processes and standardized automation practices, making the system more maintainable and extensible for future enhancements. By restructuring the dispatch logic into testable components, the work improved deployment automation and streamlined cross-repo workflow management. The project leveraged skills in automation, CI/CD, and YAML to enhance the reliability and efficiency of deployment pipelines.
