2024-11: Two key features delivered in wso2/identity-api-server, with a regression fix and release hygiene. Implemented data governance improvement via Claim Management: UniquenessScope and enhanced Identity Verification capabilities with an optional IdVProviderRequest image field, plus related model/doc updates and a version bump. Also fixed a regression by restoring the image field to be optional in IdV requests. These changes increase data integrity, improve API ergonomics, and strengthen downstream integration readiness.
