During November 2025, Ansel Computers focused on backend stability for the music-assistant/server repository, addressing a persistent login issue with the Alexa Player Provider. By upgrading the alexapy dependency to version 1.29.9, Ansel resolved authentication failures that had impacted user experience and reliability. The solution involved careful Python dependency management and updates to packaging files, ensuring compatibility and reducing support overhead. This work required coordination with the maintainers of the alexapy library and demonstrated proficiency in backend development and cross-project integration. Although the period included no new features, the targeted bug fix improved Alexa integration and overall system robustness.
