Worked on the Sundsvallskommun/api-service-messaging repository to enhance integration testing for backend messaging services. Introduced bodyPatterns into integration tests using Java, enabling validation of request payloads and improving end-to-end test coverage for critical messaging scenarios. Addressed a failing integration test following a rebase, restoring the test suite’s green status and maintaining continuous integration reliability. Focused on backend development and integration testing, these changes reduced regression risk and accelerated feedback cycles. All modifications were clearly linked to specific commits, supporting traceability and simplifying future audits. The work emphasized robust testing practices and contributed to the stability of the messaging service.
