Worked on the PSIAIMS/CAMIS repository to deliver automation, caching, and cross-language statistical enhancements over two months. Focused on improving build reliability and reproducibility by implementing Quarto dependency cache automation, updating environment management with renv, and introducing pre-rendered cache assets for interactive data visualizations using R and JavaScript. Enhanced statistical analysis workflows by aligning PCA and statistical methods across R, SAS, and Python, ensuring compatibility with updated R versions. Additionally, improved documentation for binomial tests and survey statistics to streamline onboarding and reduce ambiguity. The work emphasized robust dependency management, faster rendering, and clarity across the analytics stack.
March 2026: Delivered two main feature workstreams in PSIAIMS/CAMIS with strong business value and reproducibility outcomes: 1) Cross-language statistical methods enhancements and PCA compatibility aligned with R 4.5.2 to improve R/SAS/Python comparability; 2) Documentation cleanup for binomial tests and survey statistics across R/SAS/Python to reduce ambiguity and improve onboarding. The work included code and docs commits that enhance reliability, reproducibility, and clarity across the analytics stack.

March 2025: Delivered automation and caching improvements for CAMIS project to increase build reliability, speed, and deterministic diffs, while enabling faster interactive visualizations. Key outcomes include enhanced Quarto dependency tracking and caching, updated environment to stabilize rendering with rstan, and pre-rendered cache assets for Crosstalk and HTMLWidgets. These changes reduce cache invalidation, shorten render times, and improve developer experience and reproducibility across environments.
