In December 2025, JS Nerdic enhanced the grid component in the JCQuintas/mui-x repository by introducing the isRowSelectable property within the grid state initializer. This addition, implemented using React and TypeScript, enabled more flexible and consistent row selection workflows in the data grid, addressing the need for advanced selection logic without requiring ad-hoc configuration. By aligning the grid’s initialization process with common usage patterns, JS Nerdic improved the developer experience and established a clear foundation for future selection-related enhancements. The work demonstrated a focused approach to front end development, delivering a targeted feature with depth and maintainability in mind.
