Developed a new CodeCell C3 board variant for the espressif/arduino-esp32 repository, focusing on configuration management and embedded systems. The work introduced configurable build and upload processes, enhanced board controls, and granular runtime options to improve hardware integration and deployment flexibility. By updating boards.txt, the developer aligned build parameters, partition schemes, and tool defaults to support diverse deployment and debugging workflows. User-facing menu options were added for JTAG adapters, CDC-on-boot behavior, and Zigbee modes, enabling precise control over board functionality. This feature streamlined post-deployment configurability and reliability for CodeCell devices, leveraging text-based configuration and embedded systems expertise.
