July 2025: Focused on delivering and improving S3 storage documentation for the bbglab/bbgwiki repository. Key work delivered a comprehensive S3 storage guide covering concepts, access methods, and practical usage with MinIO (web interface and terminal), plus end-to-end integration examples with Seqera, Nextflow, and Python libraries (boto3, s3fs, dask). Follow-up commits tightened documentation quality through linting and typographical fixes to enhance readability and maintainability. This work reduces onboarding time for new users and lowers support overhead by providing clear, actionable guidance and consistent documentation.
