Contributed to the lumi-userguide repository by enhancing documentation for FUSE and SquashFS usage on the LUMI HPC platform. Developed a consolidated guide detailing SquashFS filesystem creation, mounting procedures within Singularity containers, and provided a direct mounting script to streamline user workflows. Reorganized documentation structure by relocating FUSE.md under storage/formats and clarified the local nature of FUSE-mounted filesystems on compute nodes, addressing common user questions. Incorporated stakeholder feedback to refine explanations and improve clarity. The work focused on improving onboarding and reducing support needs, utilizing Bash scripting, Markdown documentation, and expertise in containerization and filesystem management within high-performance computing environments.
