Developed the NTS Radio integration for the music-assistant/server repository, introducing NTS as a new music provider with live channels and sixteen infinite mixtapes. Leveraged Python and asynchronous programming to implement real-time now-playing metadata updates via the public NTS live API, using a stream_metadata_update_callback for dynamic playback information. Enhanced the user interface by standardizing station and mixtape images to a square aspect ratio for visual consistency. Validated the integration end-to-end on Home Assistant OS with MA 2.8.4, and contributed documentation previews and related pull requests. The work expanded provider coverage and improved metadata accuracy and playback experience on the platform.
