In September 2024, Misha contributed to the category-labs/monad-bft repository by developing an observability feature for the transaction pool using Rust and backend development skills. Misha implemented trace logging to record when transactions are dropped due to invalid nonces, enabling more effective debugging and monitoring of nonce-related issues. This approach allows for faster root-cause analysis and supports future reliability metrics. The work established a clear, traceable commit history, laying the foundation for future audits and dashboard integrations. While no major bugs were addressed during this period, the feature improved the transparency and maintainability of transaction pool operations.
