Worked on the Frontify/brand-sdk repository to enhance data integrity and test coverage related to template ID management. Addressed a critical issue by implementing a targeted fix that ensures template IDs are only deleted when corresponding old IDs exist, thereby preventing unintended data loss during data model migrations. The solution included the addition of a regression test to verify correct deletion behavior, aligning with governance and quality standards. Utilized frontend development skills with a focus on React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, emphasizing stability and minimal risk. This work improved the reliability of template operations and supported safer updates within the codebase.
