During November 2025, Mickey enhanced the authentication experience for the polito/students-app repository by delivering user experience improvements and localization updates to the PoliTO Authenticator. Focusing on React and front end development, Mickey refined authentication messages and error handling to reduce user confusion during sign-in. The work included updating English and Italian translations, ensuring clearer guidance for users and laying the groundwork for future internationalization. Using JavaScript and JSON, Mickey established localization patterns to support additional languages in upcoming releases. While the scope was focused, the changes improved code stability and set a foundation for broader i18n support in the application.
